By accessing and using See Singapore ("see.sg", the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

See Singapore is a community platform providing tools and information for people living in or moving to Singapore, including:

  • PR Wall — a community board for sharing PR application experiences
  • Services Directory — a listing of local services in Singapore
  • Driving Theory Test — practice questions for Singapore driving tests
  • AI-powered PR score predictions (for informational purposes only)

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the platform.

You agree not to post content that is:

  • False, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Defamatory, obscene, or offensive
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Spam, advertising, or promotional material
  • In violation of any applicable law

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PR score predictions and AI-generated advice are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, immigration, or professional advice.

We are not affiliated with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) or any Singapore government agency.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, See Singapore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated means to scrape or collect data without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
